Now's the part where I will reminisce about earth hours of the past ......
we would wait in anticipation for 8:30 to come around, and once the second hand finishes its round around the clock, we go crazy and start turning off all the lights in a frenzy. Then Marge lights the scented candles and places them on the table...and then we carry the candles like nuns and walk all over the house.
We'd sing songs and whoop and jump up and down and squeal and dance we're all exhausted. So we lie on our backs on the carpet and look out at the night sky, and feel all nice with the flickering flames throwing their light across the room. Then we'd look out the window and tut at all the people who couldn't be bothered to share in our simple joys.
